JOB DETAIL

Primary Skill Chatbots; Secondary Skill UI/UX
 10+ years experience in IT and 4+ years experience in Chatbots and UI/UX 
 Set up the chatbot strategy and vision for the ServiceNow platform. Create the roadmap and implement MVP by end of 2024.
 Collaborate with Kenvue technology teams on enterprise and application level chatbot strategy. Accountable for designing and setting up chatbot for providing guided user experience and deflecting calls to call center
Manage UI/UX  design strategy for single portal interface for Kenvue employees and suppliers across IT, Supply Chain (SC) and Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS)
Collaborate with vendor parnters to implement and finalize the single portal (UI/UX) design
