•            5+ years’ experience working with Pegasystems technologies.

•            Design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing software systems.

•            Perform frequent code reviews and ensuring quality of the overall delivery.

•            Work in an agile development environment and ensures process/policy compliance as per organizations guidelines.

•            Experience in Pega PRPC, and Pega Case Management.

•            Experience with connectors and Services, especially SOAP web services and RESTful web services, and security, exception handling.

•            Experience in product rules creation and migration, agents, and dynamic system settings.

•            Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

•            J2EE/Java development experience
