The Tableau BI Developer (Reporting / Analytics) must be skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easily understandable. The Tableau BI Developer (Reporting / Analytics) will transform business process using BPA, RPA, and other technology-enabled automation. The Tableau BI Developer (Reporting / Analytics) will gather accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.
- Manage Project Plans / Resources / People to Ensure Successful Project Completion
- Utilizing Statistical Methods (Expertise) – Develop and Test Hypothesis / Utilizing Experimental Design / Running Linear and Logistic Regressions, etc.
- Process / Analyze Data to Identify Trends / Relationships to Infor Conclusions about the Data
- Graphical Representation of Information (Tableau) – Charts / Diagrams / Pictures / Dashboards
- Develop Predictive Data (Linear / Logical Regressions) / Decipher Data / Present Recommendations / Solutions to Stakeholders, etc.

- ETL (Extract / Transfer / Load) – Python (advanced) / Alteryx
- JIRA – Building Custom JIRA Reports
- Excel – Pivot / PowerPivot / Charts / Pivot Charts / Data Validation, etc.
- SQL Scripting (hands-on) – Creating SQL Scripts from Ground-Up / Modify and Enhance Existing Scripts
