REQUIREMENTS

Top 3:

1. Very strong SQL
2. ETL Testing
3. Strong and current health insurance industry experience

•            3+ years health insurance industry experience REQUIRED-they must be very strong in health care, see bolded topics below

•            We need some seasoned candidates – testers who are strong SQL

•            Strong SQL (top priority) – “not just executing” – They have to be able to review and data diagram, join tables to build complex queries to validate data

•            Database/table  and flat File testing (inbound and outbound data)

•            Very comfortable roaming around data tables, joining, querying………

•            ETL tool Experience (DataStage, Informatica, DataBricks (Ideal experience))

•            Ability to work with Dev team to write test scripts/case; Execute and document results

•            Self-directed (Seasoned) in this IE (informatics Environment) area.

•            Health Insurance data experience (Membership, Billing, eNCompass, Finance, Health / Case mgmt., IVR, Claims….)
