* 5 years of experience in leading medium/large team sizes * Proven record of driving QA strategy and unification of QA process across teams

* Strong understanding of various QA tools and technologies 

* Has expertise in automation and performance testing

* Proficient knowledge in testing tools

* Strong experience in one or more object-oriented programming languages

* Strong experience with one or more relational databases * Strong knowledge with one or more automation libraries * Strong knowledge of one or more source control tools

* Strong knowledge in doing analysis on APM tools

* Advanced knowledge of performance tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, APMs, etc.
