**Local Richmond, VA candidates required due to onsite requirement

**This position requires onsite 3 days a week with 2 remote

**Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking

Position will be a year long position developing reports

Experience utilizing Business Intelligence reporting capabilities at an enterprise level. Experience using Power BI and/or Tableau. Experience building automated interactive reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and Tableau.  Experience making technical changes to existing BI systems in order to enhance their function. Be able to share and define insights, best practices, and standards that can be applied to improve system, platform, and/or report development.   Conduct complex data analysis, develop predictive indicators of performance, create business intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.  Create reports to provide transparency to our stakeholders. Develop presentations for dissemination to the management. Explore new methods of visualizing the data using Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS. Aid in the analysis/requirements gathering, design, configuration, implementation/testing, and support of business solutions.    

MINIMUM TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (10 Years) REQUIRED

Experience utilizing Business Intelligence reporting capabilities at an enterprise level (Power BI/Tableau).

Experience designing, developing, testing, and validating statistical, mathematical, and simulation models.

Demonstrated experience conducting a variety of advanced analysis primarily in the performance measurement area

Experience collecting complex data from disparate systems and developing it into usable formats for data analytics and reporting

Be experienced in tools and systems on Oracle, MS SQL Server BI Stack including SSAS, SSIS, Power Query, Power BI, DAX and Power Apps.

PL/SQL,T-SQL

Assist in developing applications using Power Apps and automating tasks using SharePoint Online and Power flows.
