We need candidates with Scrum Master certification and good Scrum Master experience.
Major Responsibilities as a Scrum Master:
• Guides and coaches the team on how to use the Agile framework
• Resolves team's impediments
• Facilitates Agile ceremonies and ensures they are understood and followed: Sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective
• Servant Leader: maintains productivity and function for the team
• Manages the scrum board
• Maintains project financials and status reporting
• Facilitates internal communication and effective collaboration
• Helps team implement changes effectively
• Ensures deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guides teams to higher scrum maturity
Key Responsibilities as a Project Manager:
• Demonstrate leadership by leading the planning and implementation of project
• Demonstrate strong organizational, presentation and communication skills
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans
• Establish and coordinate project teams
• Manage project financials of project budgets from $100K to multi-millions
• Manage project resource allocation
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
• Efficiently identify project issues and develop issue resolution action plan
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and adhering to project methodology
• Direct and oversee project team and manage conflicts within group
• Develop Requests for Information/ Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services as applicable
• Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable
• Ensure quality assurance
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Develop and present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
• Develop and present project evaluations and assessment of results
