Experience Required
8+ years of ServiceNow experience ITSM and ITOM in building, implementing, and maintaining platform technologies, workflows and integrations
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, test and maintain catalog items and flows.
- Configuring and maintaining a customized portal.
- Code ServiceNow solutions within an Agile Framework
- In depth knowledge on business rules, Script includes, Catalog Client Scripts , UI policy.
- Building and maintaining reports.
- Further your career with paid certification paths to make your mark at one of the largest ServiceNow instances in the industry
- Performing configuration and customization including, but not limited to workflow/flow administration,
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.
- 2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
- One or more of the following ServiceNow certifications: (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator, (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist, or (CAD) Certified Application Developer
- Design, develop, and configure for the ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
