1) 3-5 years working as a Scrum Master, responsible for agile ceremonies, leading sprints, stand ups, etc. Preferred experience will be acting as a Scrum Master in a large enterprise environment similar to TRP.
2) Coordinating/communication- this resource will be working and coordinating with several teams since the code that this team is producing, will be used by multiple business units within the company
3) Experience working with Design Systems or common front-end component libraries. This is a UI project, so a Scrum Master that has experience working on these type of projects, closely with the technical team, is highly preferred. Please highlight this experience on a candidates resume if they have that written in there.

Project:
The role will be for a project that will be building Common Web Components and working with our Global Design team building out an Enterprise Design System. So, would be great if any candidates did have experience working with Design Systems or common front-end component libraries. Looking for someone that has experience coordinating with other teams as well. Agile Coaching experience is fine, but this person needs to understand that they will be a hands on/in the weeds, scrum master leading projects.
