The client is looking for a minimum of 8 years’ FULL STACK experience not a Java developer that has touched angular for a year but someone who has been a FULL STACK developer for a minimum of 8 years. We can go as low as 7 years if they are phenomenal according to the clients needs and their actual experience.TIBCO is a definite need as well!
