- Client is embarking on a modernization program using digital commerce platform to support its customer needs. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Ecommerce. The successful candidate must have proven experience delivering Digital commerce solutions with an ability to hit the ground running to drive conversations around day-to-day activities and project deliverables.
Job Description:
The Ecommerce Project Manager is a part of the Ecommerce team and plays a lead role in the successful delivery of projects and strategic program initiatives. You will oversee cross-functional projects related to our stack of websites and mobile friendly apps. You will work closely with business stakeholders and product owners in translating end user needs into precise requirements for the development team.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading large eCommerce development and integration projects.
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or related experience.
- The Scrum Master collaborates intensively with their team members across both Business and Technology disciplines providing mentoring and coaching around Agile principles and practices.
- In addition, he/she acts as a servant leader and aids with the resolution of blocking challenges.
- Advanced interpersonal skills able to establish strong working relationships and promote bi-directional communication within and across teams.
- Able to organize, moderate and demonstrate value-add principles and practices to the teams.
- Able to effectively facilitate discussions and suggest alternative approaches.
- Be transparent and provide visibility to Business and Technology.
- Develop and grow trust across the project team(s), Business and Technology.
- Proficient in planning, organizing, and facilitating Scrum and events.
- Identifies, tracks, and resolves delivery impediments to optimize delivery flow.
- Develops and analyzes various reports and artifacts to ensure planned work is delivered within the sprint/release by the delivery team.
- Monitors, measures, and reports on project progress to management/leadership.
- Monitors and assesses team health and continuous improvement.
- Hold themselves well as team members accountability/ownership for all deliverables.
- Manages and tracks risks, issues and proactively look for mitigation options.
- Focus on details and follow-through during lifecycle of project.
- Knowledge of digital integrations such as EDI, API, etc. and packaged commerce platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Ariba, etc
