QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS (Must Haves):
- Strong analytical, communication and technical skills.
- Experience with Agile/SDLC and Waterfall/IPLC Methodology
- Candidate should be familiar with technology infrastructure (Servers/Storage/Network) as well as MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint
- Exp on the phase deliverables, tracking milestones, scheduling roles and resources, evaluating risks and recommending contingency plans.
- Experience on project documentation, project schedule, meeting agendas, minutes, status reporting, etc.
- Strong understanding of systems. Able to understand technical terms and system design considerations.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading, planning, managing and directing a project team to accomplish the objectives of a project with limited, local objectives
- Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the project.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage pre-project activities (including resource acquisition and SOWs) and drive all stages through project completion
- Assigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures. Able to facilitate workshops such as JAD and DRP sessions.
- Manage sprint planning (for Agile projects), where applicable.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure /Application Teams to determine best methods to meet project objectives
- Ability to coordinate/manage System Test and User Acceptance Test phases and track progress accordingly.
