Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a program manager, project manager, or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex programs or projects.
Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards program objectives.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables concurrently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or JIRA, for program planning, tracking, and reporting.
Excellent experience with Java/J2EE technologies like Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Java Beans, J2EE Patterns
Experienced in developing HTML, CSS, XML, JSON and Java Script.
Involved in consuming and publishing SOAP/RESTFUL web services
Experience with writing complex queries for Oracle database
Financial card transaction messaging and security experience
