Job duties are clear, and they know what they are looking for. 

1. This team focuses on technical web component exp. Background with AEM web components. Not extremely heavy like a dev but how they proxy web components and how they work. They work fast paced so this person will need to be able to change course quickly. Strong understanding of AEM. Can’t be green there Sr. Agile skills fast paced work with multiple teams reaching out daily. 

A regular scrum master wouldn’t be able to work with the multiple teams. 

Certified scrum master ideally. Those are a big plus. Scrum Dev cert would be great an advance person for that role. 

One team they will be scrum master for but this team makes web components that are shared and used by other teams. Work exp supporting multiple teams outside their own. 

AEM web component is a MUST.  Looking for a Sr. Scrum master. 

Some java and really strong Agile Skills. 

Industry exp wont matter. More about understanding of AEM, Java and Sr. Scrum Exp. 

TEAM SIZE: 

8-12 people depending on the project. Scrum master will have a BA 2-3 devs and SDET/ QA person and maybe some additional support folks who may join daily stand ups or ceremonies. The added responsibility of being the center of shared web components will add the challenge to this role. 

CERTS: CSM Advance Certified Scrum master Cert is a plus . Certified product owner. Or advanced certified product owner could be a plus.
