• Empower and lead an Agile team
• Daily standups – 10 to 15+ people on average (full team geographically dispersed)
• Facilitate Agile events like iteration planning, team sync, and iteration retrospectives
• Support PI Execution and team estimation process
• Acting as a servant leaders and coach for multiple Agile development teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Guiding our teams in breaking down complex projects into manageable user stories and deliverables
• Ensuring the scrum framework is understood and followed and addressing any challenge and misconceptions
• Identifying and removing any obstacles that hinder team progress
• Coaching team members and stakeholders in Agile principles and practices
• Monitoring team performance and progress including timely feedback and metrics to stakeholders
• SAFe advanced scrum master certification will be a big plus
