Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field OR Bachelor’s degree in a business/finance related field with technical experience required
Strong SQL and Data Analysis knowledge is a must;
Knowledge of Java, Scala or Python is preferred.
Good understanding of Agile SDLC concepts.
At least 3-5 years of experience with software development projects
Relevant and substantial work experience with business requirements definition and management (end to end), structured analysis, process design, and use case documentation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Effective collaborator across a variety of IT and Business groups, regions, roles and levels
Ability to influence decisions/ mindsets
Skills desire:
Strong financial product experience preferred
Experience building visualizations such as with Tableau.
