As the Technical Supply Chain Product Owner, this role is responsible to:

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Technical Support Team

• Possess a deep understanding of supply chain management concepts, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting.

• Apply knowledge of supply chain applications, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

• Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to identify system integration requirements, process improvements, and automation opportunities within the supply chain.

• Participate in project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute project goals, objectives, and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress and contribute to mitigation strategies.

• Track project milestones and contribute to timely delivery within the defined parameters.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
