 Overall 6 + years IT experience with minimum of 5+ years into design and development using IBM BPM. Experience in Architecting, Analysis and Development in IBM's Business Process Management (BPM) tool. Strong knowledge on core IBM BPM tool .
*       Experience with Java and Java-based technologies, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript libraries, JQuery.
*       Experience working in agile or iterative SDLCs
Minimum qualifications
*       B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
*       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
*       Demonstrates ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system.
*       Design and develop new code and/or support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code.
*       Prepare technical architecture/solution designs documents for multiple projects
*       Develop conceptual and technical design including use of OOA and OOD techniques.
*       Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit, system, integration and performance.
*       Effectively model organization business processes and integrate them with existing Enterprise systems and capabilities.
*       Coordinating with onshore, offshore and responsible for status updates.
*       Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly.
*       Team Oriented and can work independently.
*       Good written and oral communication skills.
