We are looking for a DataStax Database Administrator with strong DBA experience to handle complex multi-cluster NoSql Database environments.
- As a DataStax Database Administrator, you will be required to study the current system/process/design flow and document findings and solutions.
- This role will require the ability to improve data-centric infrastructure on the cloud arena.
- The individual will have a strong knowledge of design and experience working in a business-critical cloud NoSQL Database.
- The individual will have a strong knowledge of design and experience working in business-critical applications.
- This position requires excellent client service and technical skills.
Job Responsibilities
- The DataStax administrator role involves setting up the cluster, optimization of the read and write data, copying data from other file systems Use technical knowledge to identify areas to improve.
- Provide flexible solutions to complex business problems using our technology practices.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement requirements and provide necessary guidance.
- Database backup and restore. Handling missing critical DB scenario.
Required Skills
- 8+ Years of experience in handling NoSQL database
- Deep understanding of DataStax or Cassandra
- The DataStax administrator role involves setting up the cluster, optimization of the read and write data, copying data from other file systems.
- Maintenance of DataStax No SQL Database
- Experience with Backup and restore/Recover strategies.
- Strong SQL experience
- Certification of DataStax would be added advantage.
