MUST HAVE SKILLS:

SQL Server DBA with Always-On setup, configuration, and management experience and if they also have RDS migration and management experience that would be a super plus.

SQL DBA Consultant:

•       Experience with most recent releases of SQL Server

•       Strong Collaborative skills

•       Expert in composition/decomposition of stored procedures

•       Expertise in SQL Server backup/recovery

•       Good solid ETL / Reporting skills (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)

•       Experience in supporting end user data requirements (data extraction/cubes/pivot tables)

•       Must have strong Troubleshooting skills

•       5+ years' experience as a DBA
