Plan:
• Drive requirements gathering from IT Operations, IT units, Vendors, business stakeholders, data analysts, and subject matter experts to put a common plan of action for Projects and Change Requests.
• Collaborate with Client’s teams to document and analyze requirements – specific data dimensions, metrics, and analytics to support telecommunications operations.
• Get sign-off from Internal Teams on requirements scope for projects. Implementation Plan and roadmap.
Project plan, issues, risks, action item tracker.
Requirements specifications document and Backlog
• Data Architecture Design
• Execute-Lead cross-functional coordination to facilitate collaboration between different teams, such as data engineering, data analytics, and business intelligence, to ensure a cohesive approach to building the data cube.
• Align goals, establish dependencies, and coordinate resource allocation.
• Technical Design
• IT Operations / Infrastructure, Design, standards, implementation, testing.
Implementation-Track Development and process improvements.
• Report status frequently to the leadership.
• Collaborate with the Release Management Team and plan to schedule releases and coordinate with the teams for success releases.
• Maintain executive dashboard and project financials.
• Deployment plan outlining the steps and considerations for deploying the data cube in the PROD environment. Include considerations for security, scalability, and performance optimization.
