  Product Development by working with various stakeholder, cross teams such as product owners, project managers, database architect, and technical leads.

•            Individual contribution, coach, guide, and mentor team members in establishing ITIL process standards and best practices.

•            Drive continuous improvement in documentation, knowledge base, process, tools, and technology to help improve team efficiency…

•            Offshore coordination and communicate knowledge to team and leads to effectively implement solution with larger team.

•            Working closely with technical and end users, product teams with frequent customer interaction.

•            Environment setup and documentation, updating/creating code migration and deployment documents.

•            Understand project requirements, development, unit testing, review, and defect fixing using Agile methodology.

•            Attending Scrum meetings, Standups, working and coordinating with multiple teams as required.
