Work Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in designing and executing test cases on web based applications.
- At least 3 years of experience in designing and executing test cases on mobile.
- At least 3 years of experience writing Sql scripts.
- Experience using tools like JIRA, Postman or similar tools.
- Experience in analysing results of automation test runs.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of T-SQL.
- Well versed with explorative testing in a complex environment.
- Must be self-motivated and inquisitive.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to achieve deadlines while working effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Education
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce test cases for detailed and high level requirements.
- Execute automated/manual testing on web browsers and mobile devices.
- Accurately communicate testing status and escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Perform post migration smoke testing.
- Accurately assess impact of software defects.
- Validate detailed requirements for testability.
- Create and maintain sql scripts needed for testing.
- Accurately assess impact of software defects.
- Work successfully within an iterative/agile SDLC environment.
