The consultant hired from this procurement is expected to provide the architectural and technical expertise to support the system infrastructure of the Settlement/Ceiling System, and the reporting for the Shelter Management system. The candidate will also be responsible for the maintenance activities to support the  Social Statistics Reporting System, Recommended Appointment System (REAPS) and various other web application and reports.  In addition to support and maintenance efforts, the position will be responsible for all activities associated with the project’s system development life cycle – system planning, design, development, quality assurance and maintenance.  This position also assists in SQL Server Report and SQL Integration Services development and maintenance.
