6-8 Years of professional technical experience.

4-6 Years of Engineering and Development experience in a Solution Lead Consulting role for ServiceNow Tool Implementation.

3-4 years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITBM, PPM, APM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and ITSM.

Thorough understanding and exposure to PPM, APM, and Financial management processes.

Thorough understanding and exposure on ServiceNow ITBM Modules like APM, PPM, Resource, Timecards, Budget, and Investments.

Good knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with at least 3-4 3rd party tools, including at least 1 of the PPM tools like Clarity, HP PPM, Microsoft PPM, and Planview.

Good exposure to ITSM, Implementation, Performance Analytics, Reporting, Dashboards, and Workbench development would be a plus.

Good exposure to all phases of the ServiceNow modules implementation lifecycle.

Experience working on Agile/SCRUM Methodology for project execution is mandatory.

Degree in Information Systems or Engineering or Equivalent technical training/Experience.

ServiceNow ITBM CIS Certification desired.

ServiceNow SystemAdmin Certification desired.

At least 1 PPM Certification.

Excellent communication skills.
