- 1. 6+ years’ experience
- 2. SAFe experience (preferably v5+; hands on)
- 3. Selenium required, or other automation tools (BDD)
- 4. Demonstrated critical thinking skills (e.g. proactively reporting observations when things don’t look right even if the testedrequirement has passed)
- 5. Ability to work independently without direction and help provide direction to Scrum team when needed as it relates to QA discoveries
- 6. Experience working with onshore/offshore teams
