With our eyes set on the future, we are looking for an energetic, outcome-oriented Compliance Coordinator with experience in information security, ISO audits, SSAE 18 SOC Audits, and vendor management to join our team of experts in Hyderabad.. The candidate will ensure our organization's compliance with information security regulations, conduct ISO audits, manage internal and external audits, and oversee vendor onboarding and due diligence.
Key Responsibilities & What will you need to succeed in this role?
- Coordinate for internal and external audits, address findings, and ensure resolution.
- Maintain a thorough and accurate record of audit findings.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to remediate control deficiencies and gaps identified during audits.
- Conduct periodic monitoring of every critical business unit and schedule interviews, walkthroughs, and testing of controls with stakeholders to evaluate their effectiveness.
- Identify information security requirements in client contracts and ensure compliance.
- Manage the vendor onboarding process and conduct vendor risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain a vendor due diligence process to evaluate security controls.
- Generate compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
- Assist in developing and maintaining information security policies and procedures.
- Promote information security awareness through training and communication.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferably in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of work experience in information security compliance and auditing.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and related frameworks.
- Experience in audit management and contractual compliance.
- Additional Requirements:
- Good to have Any of the listed certifications
- ISO IEC 27001 Lead Auditor(Certification on Information Security Management Systems) based on ISO IEC 27001 Standard
- ISO IEC 27701 Lead Implementer/Auditor (Necessary knowledge to support the Organisation to Establish,implement, maintain and continually improve a Privacy Information Management System)
- Adaptability to changing regulations and standards.
- Project management skills to handle multiple compliance initiatives.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations is a plus.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies.
- Ability to influence and educate employees on information security.
