JOB DETAIL

 

3+ years of strong hands-on experience in Pegacall configuration and operations, configuring and managing Pega PRPC CTI link engines to use with PegaReach CRM application
3+ years of strong hands-on experience with AVAYA/CISCO phone systems, configuration connectivity with Pegaworks 8.2.7
3+ years of Pegaworks development experience with focus on CTI
Strong troubleshooting skills for CTI related issues, need good experience in analyzing pega, phone systems log and identify root cause quickly and resolve the issue
Strong experience in monitoring of Pega PRPC CTI link engines, using splunk or related technology, and be able to setup proactive measures to avoid issues
Preferred: Additional development experience in JAVA or SalesForce skills.
