• You will be working with a number of small, global and geographically distributed teams: Developers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, & other technical teams members (BA, DevOps Engineer)

• We are heavily invested in Azure as the cloud provider and also AWS, backend and database technologies are Java, Spring boot, Azure SQL Server, MongoDB
• We use Angular as the front end frameworks for development

Responsibilities

• Detail technical solutions that support enterprise growth & scalability
• Function as a liaison between product & development teams
• Drive software implementation, validation & deployment
• Review, analyze & evaluate user/business needs
• Validate high-level requirements
• Recommend enhancements & additions to incorporate into our products/services
• Assist with a design for new/updated user interfaces
• Investigate, articulate, & follow up with user-reported defects
• Work with the architect to continuously understand evolving roadmap, strategy and make adjustments to everyday tactical work
• Be vested in growing your team coaching, mentoring and guiding

Skills

· Required

• 7+ years of experience in Software Tech Lead related role leading a team of developers and solid hands-on development background on front end, back end or both
• Solid understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Ability to work constructively with developers, QAEs, IT, and Product Owners towards a common goal
• Experience with product development
• Hands on experience, knowledge and understanding of Java, Java EE, Spring boot and Angular
• Experience developing Microservices
• Experience with Cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Version Control Systems such as Azure DevOps, GIT
• Experience with Continuous Integration environments such as Azure DevOps
