Job Description:

  • Receive and process inbound quote requests from Partner Agents in the telecom channel sales space.
  • Build a solution based on requirements in the quote request Wireless LTE/5G routers, POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) line replacement, IoT-connected sensors, AI platform solutions, installation services, activation fees, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with Connectivity, AI, and IoT Sales and Partner Managers to refine quotes and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM (HubSpot) to create company, partner, and contact details.
  • Generate Opportunities in CRM, build quotes, and send them to the appropriate Channel Manager and Sales Leader.
  • Meet client SLA for quote turnaround.
  • Understand the broad portfolio of SKUs and the technical capabilities of each.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multi-task and respond promptly excellent follow-up and follow-through.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and requirements.
  • Organized and highly detail-oriented.
  • Prior experience in pricing and quoting.
  • Experience in Wireless Connectivity and understanding of LTE/5G/4G Wireless Networking preferred.
  • Experience in Channel Sales preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
