Minimum of 10+ years hands on experience in Java 8.0 and Microservices
    Substantial experience in Spring Boot, JUnit and SQL.
    Knowledge on Git/GitHub
    To be able to handle the team of 5 members    
    Interacts with Vendors and business teams to gather requirements for the Service team.
    Evaluate the work done by the development team and provide constant feedback.
    Need to develop quality and detailed designs documents
    Identify risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
    Coding standards and best practices documents to be prepared and esnure the team delivery the quality code
    Experience in working on multiple technologies and medium to cotemplex systems, well versed with design standards & framework.    
    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    Should have worked in Agile devops model.
    Ensures the client realizes maximum value from a product.
