Role: Senior Specialist - Web Designer

Job Description:

• Demonstrate creative thinking by suggesting innovative approaches and solutions to conventional processes (e.g., conceptualizing unconventional print materials, digital assets, etc.).
• Minimum of 5 - 9 years of experience in design/visualization, either within an agency or a business context.
• Evidence of a strong passion for design.
• Proficiency in both Windows and Mac operating systems (familiarity with the OSX environment).
• Ability to comprehend intricate business subjects and present them in a simplified and visual manner.
• Expertise across the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of thriving in high-pressure, deadline-driven work environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication proficiencies.

Primary Abilities:

Advanced mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD.
Devotion to assigned projects/tasks, adaptable in approach and time management (capable of quickly adapting to shifting demands and delivering within adjusted timeframes).

Secondary Abilities:
Proactive approach with a talent for presenting fresh ideas.
Previous experience in direct client interaction.

Education:
Diploma in Graphic/Web Design

Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) in Graphic Design

Any Graduate.
