Required experience below:
- 12+ years C# (could be more or a little less in years, most important is to find a true Senior developer who loves to code and is exceptionally)
- 4 years React.JS/ JavaScript (If expert in C#, open to person with expert Angular or Vue and expert JavaScript skills)
- Required Expert : .Net Core
- Required Expert : LINQ
- Must have mostly 2+ year projects (one short project is fine).
- Must have ALL the required skills, Must Have expert LINQ experience.
- Required Expert : Restful WebAPI
- Must be a true Consultant, able to articulate their understanding of the business
- Must NOT have 1 years projects (2+ years projects), don't fake resume because we do an employment check on new hire process.
- Must NOT be an Architect/Team lead - need a hand on developer 100% of the time. These candidates are spending too much time in meetings and coding reviews
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in a related role;
- bonus points for a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or other related scientific/technical disciplines
- Senior full-stack developer with .NET Core, React, and MS SQL experience
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Scrum/Agile style SDLC
- Experience with Azure and Progress Telerik Reporting
Updated :
- Expert with C# .Net Core, Link, Restful WebAPI
- React.JS, JavaScript,
- Not a tech lead or architect because concern is that they are not hands on enough
- Need to be coding and in the weeds each day in .Net Core
- Coding Exercise - Linq to SQL, Web API / Restful API , can use Microsoft reference documents, but not intelisense - not in Visual Studio
- Azure - preferred but not as important
- More back end work than front end
- Not as client facing.
