We need local candidates with 8 years of Workday HCM experience and 8 years Product or Project Management experience.
Work Experience:
1. 8+ years’ experience as Project Manager; ideally in Financial Services in a similar role.
2. Prior Workday experience required as defined above. Ideally prior Workday experience supporting an HR team with implementing and maintaining the platform
Responsibilities:
Manage the upkeep & improvements to our Workday HCM Roadmap including supervising the sourcing of new roadmap technology and the migration of our current roadmap items. Ensure the team has visibility, and appropriate means of organizing and prioritizing the work. Partner closely in an ongoing manner with the HRIS Manger, HR Functional Leads and IT teammates on helping to define scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, requirements, testing and results. Organize and handle the ongoing prioritization of Workday ‘maintenance’ items. This includes ‘bug and enhancement’ items including leading and/or participating in vital meeting routines.
Technical and General Skillset Required:
1. Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM and understanding of downstream impacts to the various benefits, absence, talent, performance, recruiting, compensation administration modules
2. Strong project management skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills; proven ‘customer service’ skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees across the firm.
4. Self-motivated with proven track record to multitask and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills.
6. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and maintain a high level of trust and integrity to handle critical and confidential situations and documentation.
