- Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering and design/architecture
- Experience in providing technology advisory service to clients across multiple sectors
- Confident, assertive, self-driven and effective communicator with strong influencing skills
- Experience working on EComm/supply chain and retail-based enterprise solutions is added advantage
- Expertise with green field, legacy modernization, technology refactor Product/Platform implementations
- Well versed with design principles and design patterns
Technology & Architecture
- Strong hands-on experience in developing and design microservice based applications using Java technologies.
- Strong experience with architecting migration of Monolith to Micro services architecture
- Strong application design and implementation skills, solid understanding of entire development cycle and production support.
- Strong background in Java, Java EE, Microservices, REST based application, Spring/Spring-boot/ORM
- Strong experience of GraphQL and implementation libraries e.g. Netflix DGS
- Broad cloud knowledge – good understanding of major cloud providers (AWS and GCP) and their services
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Containerization, Orchestration Agile SDLC approaches (Agile, SaFE)
