JOB DETAIL

  • Bachelor’s Degree, B.S. in Computer Science or related STEM field preferred
  • Proficiency in data tools such as Data Loader, Excel Connector, and Salesforce for Outlook.
  • Preferred Salesforce certifications: Administration, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II.
  • Strong development skills encompassing Eclipse IDE, Apex, Visualforce, API, SOAP, Triggers, Lightning components, Process Builder, MySQL, and flow
  • Familiarity with various Web standards including JavaScript, HTTP protocols, CSS, AJAX, Flash, XML, and JSON.
  • Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.
  • Maintaining the overall Salesforce.com system, including data loads.
  • Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows and approvals.
  • Collect user requirements for enhancements to the system by facilitating appropriate internal discussions.
  • Depending on experience level, may create and maintain custom objects, object relationships, standard and custom fields.
  • Work with end users to provide coaching around best practices and tips on Salesforce usage.
  • Responsible for delivery of detailed functional design, administration and functional test execution activities across all Salesforce.com clouds and modules (Sales, CPQ, Marketing, Service & Platform).
  • Define key dates and milestones for release activities and track status.
  • Create and maintain end-user documentation including internal processes.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Customize reporting and dashboards for various teams, provide reports and report training.
  • Manage and maintain third party apps and make recommendations on tools that will provide better user experiences and efficiencies.
