Role: Senior Consultant Experience: 3 - 5 Years Location: Bangalore
Job Description:
Receive and process inbound quote requests from Partner Agents in the telecom channel sales space.
Build a solution based on requirements in the quote request Wireless LTE/5G routers, POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) line replacement, IoT-connected sensors, AI platform solutions, installation services, activation fees, etc.
Work cross-functionally with Connectivity, AI, and IoT Sales and Partner Managers to refine quotes and solutions.
Maintain accurate data in CRM (HubSpot) to create company, partner, and contact details.
Generate Opportunities in CRM, build quotes, and send them to the appropriate Channel Manager and Sales Leader.
Meet client SLA for quote turnaround.
Understand the broad portfolio of SKUs and the technical capabilities of each.
Skills Required:
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Ability to multi-task and respond promptly – excellent follow-up and follow-through.
Ability to understand technical solutions and requirements.
Organized and highly detail-oriented.
Prior experience in pricing and quoting.
Experience in Wireless Connectivity and understanding of LTE/5G/4G Wireless Networking preferred.
Experience in Channel Sales preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
