Onsite 4 days a week in West Chester (preferred) and Philadelphia is okay too. The tech leads work in West Chester so that is why it is preferred. 
looking for a full stack developer, a lot of experience with Angular (the framework they work in) building front end apps in Angular hoping for experience in API, Java work as well  
  
Must Haves: 
- Angular (having typescript experience would be helpful) - this is the biggest skillset needed - Angular Developer. Mostly frontend but some backend work may be there too it depends on the work they have on any given time 
- Java 
- Having an analytical mindset to solve problems 
  
Nice to have 
- SpringBoot 
- CICD 
- cloud experience 
- experience having helped junior level people in the past 
  
Min of 5 years experience in web application development 
  
backend database is in AWS cloud, some experience with cloud is helpful but not mandatory 
  
Interview process 
- CPOC and tech leads; one and done; coding test will be Angular and sometimes a Java portion
