PHP angular experience required.
They inherited a code base with no knowledge transfer. Current team can't handle this job with their current workload. Needs to bring someone in and start doing full scale refactoring, operating system out of date, PHP end contains DB and is out of date, everything needs to get modernized. No developed pipeline. Someone with CI/CD pipeline dev in PHP will go to top of list.
Job Summary:
*We will accept remote candidates for this position.* PHP and Angular JS senior developer who can immediately engage with existing development team for full scale refactoring of existing product. Experience in establishment of CICD pipeline a big plus.
Essential Job Functions:
* Perform a full review of the source code
* Modernize and optimize existing code base
* Collaborate on solution architecture with team
* Code reviews and discussion on the changes with Technology owner
* Work on best practices and documenting the process
Other Responsibilities:
* Work with QA and automation team.
* Code merges and releases (Bitbucket)
* Prepare for near future operating system migration
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
* Must have 8 years + experience as a Web Application developer.
* Strong knowledge PHP/Angular, MySQL is a must
* Experience with slim framework preferred
* Experience collaborating with dev team, project managers, BAs
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Must be willing to flex work hours accordingly to support application
