Minimum of 5 years of experience (and 2-3 successful ServiceNow implementations) of experience in implementing Enterprise Service Management, ITSM in ServiceNow Engagements
Strong functional knowledge in all aspects of Service Management and ITIL practices
Experience with ITOM, ITAM, ITSM
Experience working with Integrations (Web services, REST API's) and UI Designs
Ability to interact cross functionally on matters that require coordination and collaboration across the enterprise
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions to the business users
Experience with leading geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
