- Outstanding stakeholder / communication skills

- Strong understanding of PTC FlexPLM software, ThingWorx, and associated processes throughout the product lifecycle from Planning and Strategy to Manufacture

- Hands experience on PTC FlexPLM development

- Good understanding of PTC FlexPLM functionalities

- String domain experience in RFA industry

- Advanced Configurations on PTC FlexPLM version 11.XX and above

- Customizations

- PTC FlexPLM end to end implementation experience

- PTC FlexPLM Upgrade experience

- Hands-on experience on Reporting framework
