Client is seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to join agile OPSYS Regulatory development/execution team. This team plays a critical role in ensuring that cross-border packages are reported accurately and on time to local government agencies, adhering to their regulatory and compliance rules.

Responsibilities:

• Take a leading role in the design, coding, and unit testing of new features and the maintenance of existing code.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the successful development and execution of Regulatory projects.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and clear understanding of project requirements.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies to streamline the development process.

Mandatory Skills:

• Mainframe COBOL: Proven expertise in mainframe COBOL programming.
• MQ: Strong knowledge and experience with Message Queues.
• DB2: Familiarity with DB2 databases is advantageous.
