Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or 5 years equivalent work experience.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and Department staff
Experience developing and maintaining database driven web-based applications
Experience with .Net development using MVC
Experience with developing database driven applications in a Microsoft Visual Studio.Net environment with C#
Experience with object-oriented development techniques
Experience with 3-tier logical/physical architected applications
Experience with Crystal Reports Server and SSRS
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager
A minimum of seven (7) years of IT work experience with a broad range of exposure to all aspects of business planning, systems analysis, and applications development. Experience with managing team(s) and project(s) for information security management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with storing data to and retrieving data from SQL Server
