#Sales_and_Order_Processing:
· Configure and customize SAP SD modules.
· Manage entire order-to-cash process: sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
· Handle pricing, discounts, availability checks, and credit management.
#Customer_Relationship_Management:
· Maintain customer master data.
· Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
· Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient order processing.
#Pricing_and_Billing:
· Set up and manage pricing procedures and conditions.
· Handle billing and invoicing, including integration with financial modules.
#Inventory_Management:
· Coordinate with SAP MM for inventory management.
· Oversee stock transport orders and inter-company transfers.
#Integration_with_Other_Modules:
· Collaborate for integration with SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP FI/CO.
#Reporting_and_Analytics:
· Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales performance.
· Use SAP Business Intelligence tools for data analysis.
#User_Training _and_Support:
· Provide user training and support for SAP SD processes.
· Assist end-users with issue resolution and troubleshooting.
#Project_Management_Mindset:
· Lead SAP projects, including upgrades and implementations.
· Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams for successful outcomes.
#Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
· SAP certifications in SAP SD.
· 10+ years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant.
· Strong SAP SD configuration, pricing, and billing knowledge.
· Familiarity with SAP integration and cross-module concepts.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
