Role: Senior Business Analyst
Guide the configuration team and make decisions on behalf of the team.
Partner closely with Business Owners to determine business priority and execute sprint planning.
Define business requirements and provide analysis to increase operational efficiency.
Provide complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations.
Configure system changes.
Identify opportunities for improvement in operational performance and notify management of issues and problems requiring immediate attention.
Perform Functional Testing of system changes.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
Support system releases and Regression Testing.
Correct and remediate system defects.
Keep management informed of project and task progress.
Provide analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations.
Work cross-functionally in analyzing, designing, and developing business solutions.
Provide analytical support for multiple, complex cross-functional projects simultaneously, establishing work plans and timelines, coordinating with internal and external resources.
