1.            The ServiceChannel Business Analyst will support the Business Solution Managers in engaging business functions to understand their data analytics and management information requirements. They will develop the outline data domain requirements, user stories and product backlogs to ensure the effective use of enterprise-wide data to meet the business’ needs.

2.            Assist the Business Solution Managers in developing product backlogs to deliver the data analytics and reporting solutions that support the business strategy and plans.

3.            Manage and maintain relationships with agreed stakeholders (both business and technical) to shape, influence and inform project direction.

4.            Assist the Business Solution Managers in coordinating work from the business into delivery teams, from ideation through elaboration to the setup and delivery of formal projects.

5.            Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders (Business Solution Managers, Sponsors, SMEs Architecture, Service etc.) to define and capture the backlog of high-level requirements and user stories, including functional, non-functional and service requirements.

6.            Ensure that any requirements related to data and analytics platform defects, changes and enhancements are included in the backlog and prioritised alongside new requirements.

1.            Previous experience in Facilities Management Services Business Analyst role

2.            Stakeholder management, influencing and collaborating

3.            Previous experience of working in projects with internal teams, contract resource, multiple suppliers, project functions and locations.

4.            Experience on working on multiple projects with varying timelines and requirements

3.            It would be great if you also have

1.            Worked on data or analytics projects

2.            Exposure to the retail sector

3.            Knowledge of cloud based tech
