Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent understanding of typical multi-tier architectures: web servers, caching, application servers, load balancers, and storage.
Information and application security concepts including public key encryption, remote access, access credentials, and certificate-based authentication.
Experience working with customer and multiple vendors to develop and implement an integrated enterprise-grade ERP solution.
Understanding of Relational Database Management System (RDMDS) and SQL/Non-SQL databases.
Hands-on experience with core LAN/WAN network technologies.
Experience in integrations across the enterprise (BMC, SAP, payment vendors such as Paymentus and MSB, benefit vendors and ADP).
Knowledge of RESTful Web Services, XML, JSON.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
Work experience with information and application security concepts, mechanisms, and tools.
Familiarity with loose coupling and stateless systems.
Proficient in ERP configuration, custom report development, and integration.
Experience with ERP software like Oracle Fusion ERP (HR, CRM, Cust Svc, Financials, Asset Mgmt.), WorkDay (Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting) or SAP.
