Must Have Skills:

· Minimum 8 years’ experience in SAP data migration which includes 3 years in SAP S/4 HANA.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading the team.

· Proven experience leading large scale data migration, particularly in the areas of SAP FICO , SAP

SD , SAP MM , SAP PP .

· Has participated in at least one large information transformation engagement.

· Able to work closely with the technical teams and understand programming.

· Ability to present and gain sponsorship of appropriate area within the implementation team .

· Ability to work with and collaborate with all Teams and Individuals in the Business Teams and the

technical Teams toward developing a best practice processes, quality and efficiencies

· Excellent communication skills and should be able to collaborate and present to the management

team

· Experience in SAP S/4 HANA greenfield implementation or conversion project .

Nice to Have Skills:

· Experience in SAP BODS based data migration

· Working experience in medical device industry

· Working experience in SAP carve out project

· Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams
