Overall 10+ years exp and with some experience in AEM Custom Data Platform (CDP) or similar CDP to drive customer experience on web, mobile and other channels.
Ability to understand the overall technical enterprise architecture of marketing, sales, customer insights and customer experience and defining reference architecture, which is a pattern that other can follow to create and improve data systems.
Must have overall knowledge of capturing customer data from different data sources to aggregate and generate customer insights with analytics products or otherwise/
Should be able understand new technology products/channels and recommend how they fit into existing architecture for customer insight and customer experience.
Should be able to coordinate with a variety of technology and business teams to drive customer insight and customer experience.
Any experience in marketing/customer experience products, web analytics like Adobe analytics or GA is a plus.
Any experience of data cleansing, structuring and modelling to build data models is a plus.
Any experience of Data lake based ETL solutions is a plus.
Any API based integration experience in JAVA, or any other language is a plus.
