   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

•             Proven experience in Ruby programming language and Ruby on Rails framework.

•             Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.

•             Proficiency in using databases and SQL.

•             Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

•             Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization (e.g., Docker) is beneficial.

•             Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, and testing methodologies.

•             Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

•             Strong communication and collaboration skills.

•             Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
